Or a bike tour?
I know several golf cart tour companies and they all told me they're looking for drivers. Some have audio headsets, so you just drive the guests from point a to point b. However, since the point is to make new friends and practice social skills, it is best to have conversations with the tourists.

In addition, after you have done a couple tours with the golf cart of the city and know the history, such as Florence or Rome Italy, you can invite a date to ride along with you for that 2nd date where you like him/her and want to impress him/her.
Now if you're in Venice, you can try doing a guide as a walking tour guide or a walking food and wine tour guide or a boat driver guide if you know how to drive a boat. 
Remember to talk to the guests as the point is making friends. In addition, as tour guides you always make tips. And you make tons of friends and remember to tell them you're trying to find a perfect match of dating, and you will have tons of recommendations. 
Some other suggestions is Gelato. You love ice cream/? How about the many Gelato places in Florence, for instance Studio Gelato with 3 locations. they're always looking for people to help make the ice cream known as Gelato and all you have to do is ask if you can help make Gelato.

So, all of these years writing about Culture of Europe and I suddenly have critics. Well, it seems
that I have at least some who haven't decided upon proposals as of yet. So, to the fellow who is criticizing me, I believe that you're just frustrated with your 3 choices that you seem to have to propose to one.
Apparently, the fellow has an interest in a Parisian Finance 40 under 40 Girl. But there are pros and cons to the pair.
Then there is contestant number 2, who is from a Construction Dynasty in Europe from Vienna, and then there is contestant number 3 who married an older Italian aristocrat 30 years her senior, got elevated into society and divorced him. Now, supposedly, she has managed to own several businesses and party events.
So, I think that the fellow should broaden his horizons yet stick to what he seems to admire in the 3.
First, we must find a financial wiz. And not just any financial wiz, but a FORBES 40 under 40, so that we know on their dates, she can advise him how to invest his money.
Second, since he seems to admire points about the city of Vienna, we need a girl who is educated in the fine arts and music lover.
Third, we need a gold-digger who likes to marry into aristocratic society and then plan events to continue to meet aristocratic people to marry again.
All admirable girls, but we need more of these same types.
1. You need to start researching and find at least 5 dates a week from these 3 lists.
2. If you're a very wealthy fellow, you have only a need to do part time jobs to make friends while you search. Friends help you find more friends to date.
3. If you're not so wealthy, then you need to do apart time job to earn money to take the dates out for speed dating meeting and to make friends while you search. Friends help you find more friends to date. 
4. Okay, so the best thing to do is find a coffee/cafe place where you can ask to work part time about 15 hours a week so that you can earn a couple euros tips and that helps pay for the coffee date for the first speed date. You need 5 of these a week, so you have to have tips to pay for their coffee. Plus, make the speed date at 1pm to 1:30pm and while you are on your break, you can have your coffee for free and save money. This is for the financial girl date because you need the money you make working at the coffee place to impress her if you like her and you can invest in her advice.
5. So do the speed dating of 5 dates a week to see if any of your research choices you like. Okay, and if the girl is on FORBES 40 under 40 you will need an excuse to meet her because she will be important. So call her and say you saw her on FORBES, you want to meet her for coffee for 30 minutes to get advice for your portfolio.
6. The second thing is you need another part time job. For friends. And you must tell your coworkers that you're trying to find the perfect match. People love to fix people up.

A theater, a musical venue, an artistic project such as painting at a Mexican restaurant where on a Tuesday night they have art classes for the guests. The people take these classes for fun only and you can teach it even if you don't know how to draw or paint. Because everybody is painting their own. So they can all paint a Chihuahuaand everybody will laugh. Invite your girl that likes to throw event parties to these dates. They can have an easel and paint while you teach. If they paint a good picture go out on a second date with them. The date is free for you, and the Mexican restaurant will pay you for your time. So do that 3 hours about 3 times a week.

You can add about 6 to 8 hours a week of paid time here and then when your done at like 6:30 maybe the girl can come for 30 minutes, you can give her free aperitivo food and the spritz is only $6.
So, now you are at about 30 hours a week. You're earning about $600 dollars a week and you're having great dates.
After one month, if you love the work that you're doing, keep doing it. But you'll probably want to branch out now. Find a part time job you really enjoy. But it has to be sociable. You can't be a security guard at night. The point is to make funny and fun friends. Real Friends and to ask for their help while you work with them in finding a date.
I know one guy, a friend of mine who makes everybody laugh. He likes to talk in jibberish and laugh all the time and his laugh is soooo contagious that even when not one person can understand him, we all laugh with him. He is so funny that we love him. Now a good job for him is a comedian. He can work at a comedy club as a host who brings people to the table and brings them snacks and drinks. He can talk jibberish to everybody attending the comedy club and as he laughs at his own jokes, everybody will laugh with him. It is a comedy club. And all the people that work with him will learn to love him.
So be creative and make the list of 3 proposals much bigger. But keep the same level of class and value that you have. You like 40 under 40 financial wiz then research these people and make speed dates to say hi.
Now your list will be about 12 to 20 proposals and much more fun and you will finally fall in love with the circle of friends that you want to fall in love with, and you won't have to make a list because you will know when you meet that person.
