Lucas keeps the ingredients local, with farm sourcing, such as all meats & cheeses from the hills of Lessinia. For the curious foody traveler, they keep the tradition of Centuries with Horse-meat dishes. It is tucked away in the alley attached to the Church of Sant Eufemia, where once upon a time, the Archbishops of the church dined every night in the jackets only interior. Now, Lucas has made it much more casual, loving to invite families to his historical treasure.
While you have an unparallel history of the Roman Catholic Diocese & its involvement with the family of Lucas at Ristorante Sant Eufemia in Verona, he has evolved into his own person with his own interests.
