"Okay, now?" says Mark, when I ask if I can interview him! Mark is 1/2 Mexican and started the business about 2002 with his partner Tito. "Tito is old now and I am the one running it. Let's see, we're very casual and yet our food is the best in the city," he says as car after car come to pick up the orders. "We're pretty reasonable and I do have family specials now such as for $35.00 you can have a big amount of Mexican enchiladas, for instance that feeds about 6 and if you want to add some tequila, we have to give it to you with the bottle sealed and you make your own margaritas. Which I believe people find something fun to try. That is $45.00 for the entire kit and makes 6 big margaritas. Or you can buy frozen Margaritas and add a small bottle of sealed tequila for about $9 to $10 dollars. It's up to you. If you order from the menu my prices are very low such as huge nachos for $7.95, or maybe enchiladas or burritos for around $9.00. It is always that way, and yet I'm trying to give some specials to people now."
